The concept of development of the territory is consonant with modern Western principles of the organization of residential quarters, intra-quarter maintenance and architectural
environment. The authors sought to create original visual images and non-repeating spatial solutions for each individual yard.
The territory is divided into eight sectors.
The following typology of residential buildings was used in the development: linear houses of 9-11 floors, towers of 13-20 floors and peripheral houses of 7-12 floors.
Multi-storey towers located along the Moscow Highway come to the fore from the side of the main transport artery. Gradually, delving into the depth of the block, the scale changes, the distance between buildings and their number of storeys decreases.

In the solution under consideration, three phases of construction are proposed. Taking into account the local climatic conditions, solutions are proposed that are aimed at covered walkways-galleries that provide the maximum possible access to all areas of intra-quarter maintenance and service. Galleries-passages, as if piercing along and across all buildings and courtyards, thereby creating cozy passages protected from snow and ice in winter, in autumn and spring from rain and wind, and in summer from the scorching sun, which are much easier and cheaper to maintain, especially in winter, snowy weather. Gallery aisles can also be used for various kinds of services, trade, as showcases, counters, summer cafes and waiting areas. After all, the premises of the first floor, which have an autonomous entrance, adjoin the galleries. Showcases of various types of premises of intra-quarter service and services can be opened in the gallery. It can be, as branches of banks or post offices, as well as beauty salons, a pharmacy, confectionery, stationery and other retail.

In our opinion, the use of galleries in the structure of modern cities is not only expedient, but also in demand and relevant. After all, once upon a time, our cities historically had gallery buildings, and we all recall with nostalgia and positive emotions different parts of the historical centers of cities, where such gallery passages are sometimes the most cozy, warm, comfortable and inviting architectural solutions.
