Patrick has been in the design profession for 17 years beginning his career as a scenic designer, set decorator, scenic painter, and designing for a noted Tony-nominated Broadway set designer, James Noone. This theatrical period included shows in
New York, Boston, & Los Angeles
Patrick holds two assistant set design credits on Broadway for "A Bronx Tale," featuring Chazz Palminteri and a revival of "Come Back, Little Sheba," for Manhattan Theatre Club. Patrick's passion for creating environments and telling stories through those environments eventually lead him back to California and into interior design & decoration where he could bring his storytelling from the stage into personal spaces.
Patrick holds a Master's degree in Interior Architecture from the Architecture & Interior Design Program at the University of California, Los Angeles/Cal Poly Pomona joint design program as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Scenic Design from Boston University's College of Fine Arts - School of Theater.
Patrick has spent the most recent 7 years designing for Tim Barber Architects, a luxury custom residential architecture firm in West Hollywood. Patrick was the principal designer in the interior design department focusing on designing custom kitchens, baths, interior decorative elements, and all things, as Patrick calls it, "permanent interior design...it's the decorative frosting that is attached to your house you can't take with you!"
