Concept: the base of any complex geometry lies in simple forms. The circle has the absolute symmetry in all axis. For the enhancement of stability, we have chosen the unity of 4 circles, which is often used in the design of luxury items and in fine arts.
One of the critical factors for buyers is the building’s stability. Therefore, the project aims to enhance the feel of stability by using the 4-circles composition concept.
Riversides are the most cinematic and attractive areas for living. They attract investment and generally have a higher cost per square meter. For example Governor’s Island in New York, Skateplaza Rheinauhafen in Cologne, Crimean Riviera in Moscow.
We were analyzing the potential residents' needs and used appropriate zoning principle to satisfy their needs.
Social: the new quarter would provide new facilities for the neighborhood, such as cafes, attractions, green zones, promenades, playgrounds, sports facilities, alleys and squares for relaxation. It adds to the building costs as well and the housing appreciation levels. The development also includes a museum of arts, galleries, and art installation slots.
Promenade: the development heavily focuses on providing walkable and relaxing atmosphere along the river. People, both citizens, and residents could also benefit from running and cycling tracks with rubber surfaces for amortization. The river banks will accommodate seating and green areas.
