The residential complex along Turan Street in Nur-Sultan is another INK Architects project that is under construction. The complex is located in a developing area of the capital, behind the national Space Center.
The modern residential complex is made in a simple, rational and democratic style, which is characteristic of Scandinavian architecture. The basic concept of buildings is based on restraint, a strict geometric form, and respect for the environment. The Scandinavian style can also be traced in the linearity of the facades, the rhythm, and minimalism of the decorative elements, the presence of pitched roofs and mansards, as well as the use of natural eco-friendly materials - a large amount of wood, metal, and glass. The architecture of the residential complex in Nur-Sultan defined new standards for a harmonious living environment, including ecology, ergonomics, aesthetics, multiplied by functionality and simplicity.
The main town-planning element of the complex was a picturesque pedestrian boulevard passing through the entire complex. Along with it are shopping and entertainment facilities, restaurants, cafes, educational centers, and others. The boulevard is full of park areas for recreation, fountains, as well as sports and children's playgrounds.
