This 400-student all-boys private school on the Upper East side of Manhattan will rehabilitate the three historic townhouses it currently occupies while expanding into a neighboring turn-of-the-century apartment building. The project includes a partial demolition of the existing historic building while retaining the facade, adding modern gym facilities, collaboration-focused classrooms, and a 300-seat performance space.
