In a building of the early twentieth century and located in the "Eixample" of Barcelona, an intervention based on clearly divided the public area, open spaces, private area with more closed and controlled visual interior spaces is established.
The element that unites these two areas is a volume of wood that becomes the linchpin of the whole project. This can be transformed into a single volume or two creating a multipurpose space for study or guest room, located between the bathrooms and kitchen space.
The property is also thought from what exists exploits space and characteristics of this type of housing the "Eixample" Gallery, cross ventilation, natural lighting, the wooden structure of the slabs and soil hydraulic pavement.
