This semesters project was located in Istanbul at the Black Sea. The goal of the Istanbul planning municipality was to resettle 1 to 5 million people from the center city of Istanbul to this site located in the northern part of the European side of the city. 

After a site visit we divided this site into 10 sites and each student designed a self sustainable city that fits in a big master plan. The main points in my projects are wind energy production bridges, urban agriculture and a big catchment reservoir that is located where two former little lakes were before. Because Istanbul is struggling with water problems I also introduced fog catchment as a water production method which can help watering of the agricultural land.
