Hoffmann Architects conducted a full building exterior assessment to recommend a scope of repairs to restore the facade, windows, doors, iron railings, and bronze ornamentation, as well as replace roofs and skylights. The comprehensive project will strengthen the roof, improve weather integrity, and restore the historic fabric of this beloved landmark building.
