Alongside the modular rooms alongside the lake in Reykjavík, these lofts serve as permanent housing for visitors. Each loft has a bedroom, kitchen, lofted bedroom, a bath and a living area. 

Each house is easily constructed on site with minimal experience. The homes are built with prefabricated elements and takes fewer than a month to construct on site, depending on site conditions.
