Lift One Lodge strategically integrates an array of amenities, programming, and infrastructure to Aspen’s Ajax Mountain—gracefully expanding one of Colorado’s most iconic ski bases with a contemporary reading of alpine architecture.    

Part of a city-wide effort to invest in the South Aspen Street neighborhood, this project contains over 200,000 sq ft of new construction and provides a new portal to Ajax Mountain while maintaining the site’s pedestrian scale and stunning views.  

Half the programming is located underground (including amenity, commercial, parking and service spaces), taking advantage of the site’s dramatic elevation change.
