The project aims to project a crisp and clean cut form of an urban office tower contrasting against the scenic mountain backdrop of Huweishan Park.

As a vanguard in the emerging financial new district it has become the standard bearer of innovative office tower top design that inspires a generation of Xiamen residents and earned the distinct of best design building consecutively for 10 years from the late 1990 to late 2000.
