Provide owner representative service to the Phase 3 Building Committee of the Central Orange County Chinese Baptist Church.
The role entails coordination of user requirements, review of the consultants' deliverable, construction contracts, contractor submittals- material and shop drawing submittals, coordinate user requirements, value engineering, attendance at project control group meetings and site field meetings.
