Like in an artificial reef, the intervention breaks with the existing building, allowing all the different spaces to breath and be full of light and life, and connecting the palm groove to the sea.

A series of jungle gardens will colonize the whole project, creating many new spots to explore and get lost in, spots that will be fresh, private and misterious.

The new volumes for the villas, the extensions and the retail and restaurant area facing the street follow the same logic of the main building, embracing the gardens and adapting themselves to the palm groove, which will give the whole project the look of a small village lost in the jungle.
