Ok, I met someone who is interested in hiring me ..they own a lot of land near cancun Mexico and want to develope it about 10 seperate lots. I am talking to them more tomorrow. Anyone been in this situation before? Apparently they purposely are looking for an American architect to do the design. I could figure out the construction details but know nothing of local laws. I'm going to have to do some more research on this but I was wondering if anyone knew more about the construction industry and building department process down there
