Do you want to go to an art school? End up in the northeast? If so, probably RISD or Pratt. If you want a good school and a chance at cheaper/in-state tuition, go to Texas. If you don't want to be in the States, Bartlett. I'd probably go with UT Austin because Austin sounds awesome (except for being stuck in Texas), has a good reputation and will probably be a less expensive option.

UTSOA vs Pratt vs RISD vs UCL Bartlett School of Architecture
I have got the 4 offers. Which is the best choice among the 4 schools?
They are all the Master of Architecture program.
What a silly question. You applied to them - what you did it without thinking about it? Working the leagues tables again, eh?
Go to the one that will take the most money out of your pocket because if it isn't good you can complain.
RISD > UTSOA > Pratt > Bartlett
Those programs are wildly different, so which program is better depends entirely on you.
It is curious that you've gotten this far in the process without any idea what you want.
