In a general sense yes, all 'environmental' design is considered in architecture school.  If you are looking to specialize in one or the other, you should look into programs specifically tailored to landscape architecture or interior design.  In professional practice, they are all different fields, although there is some overlap between architecture and interiors, but not so much with architecture and landscape architecture.

Chigurh is completely correct. Architecture is a broad subject at an academic level and you will be exposed to interior design, landscape architecture, masterplanning as well as other design vocations.
