Architectural education in Europe without a Bachelor's in Architecture

I realize the approaches to architectural education in Europe varies drastically from what you might find here in the U.S. As an American student with a Bachelor's degree in Art History who is considering pursuing a masters in Architecture, is considering European schools something realistic? The costs of some of the English language programs available there are very appealing, but many seem to require bachelor's degrees in Architecture. Others seem to have more ambiguous wording. Does anyone have any experience or expertise on the subject? Has anyone emerged from a European education in architecture having entered the schooling without a bachelor's degree in the field?

Any input is appreciated.
