My advice would be to forego getting an additional degree in Construction Management. You will learn much quicker if you just get a job in the field and learn while working. I don't understand why so many people on this site suggest that they want another degree before they switch into a slightly different aspect of the building industry. Use the knowledge that you have already gained in order to get a job rather than going back to school where the learning curve is much slower and you will rack up more student loan debt.
Start by searching the internet to find out which companies are building the most in the areas that you are looking in. Do everything that you can to network and get face-to-face time with people at these companies.
