I am having an issue with text in AutoCAD 2004. Every time I paste text with osnap on, the text quality worsens (it gets jagged edges that end up printing as if it was bold). However if I copy and text without osnap, the text quality remains crisp. We are using Universe Condensed for text, is this the issue?
Many thanks to whoever can answer me this question. My productivity will triple!
AutoCAD has had issues with true-type text and video drivers causing strange things. make sure you have the latest drivers and the most recent ACAD updates. . .the best thing to do is either use an .shx font or continue with your workaround.

F3 is your friend (turns OSNAP off)
