Hi all, I am currently in my 3rd year of college studies, I have always been interested in architecture and have now decided I would like to perhaps persue a Masters in Architecture after my bachelors. The question I had to any of you in the industry, is what would you suggest I finish my bachelors degree in, my options are kind of limited to accounting or Business. Which combination of degrees do you think would be more valuable Accounting/Architecture or Business/Architecture? Any suggestions would be greatful, Thanks!!
Accounting won't help you much in anything but accounting... I would say business. Be sure to take a look at the hundreds of previous entries from people in your situation before you do anything foolish, like trying to work in the architecture industry.
Seriously, take art classes while you are still in Undergrad so you have something substantial for a M Arch portfolio, you are looking at 3-3.5 years to complete the degree without a pre-arch BA. You will also probably need to take physics (assuming you have calculus for accounting/business).
Finish your bachelors degree. It's an excellent background to have!
And then if you are still interested in architecture, go for your m.arch. Meanwhile, I would suggest you take some creative courses (sculpture, drawings, painting, photography, print-making, graphic design) so that you can start to build your portfolio when you begin to apply to grad school.
Any suggestions on which route to take my bachelors?

Business and keep going onto grad school, look at mba's in re development combined with MArchs
Accounting won't help you much in anything but accounting...--unless you're actually managing an architecture project, that is...
