What is a fair salary for a non-architectural marketing leader in a small (>30) firm office in the midwest?
The friend has degrees in advertising and marketing and studied some architecture early in school before transferring to advertising. It's a first full-time job out of school, but he has experience in nearly full-time advertising and marketing jobs for three years at multiple agencies.
