there's a whole book on brooklyn residential projects (single family)..you could try searching for that on amazon..brooklyn modern i believe.

I was purposely vague because my assignment is vague. It can be any residential project in New York, built at any time (so not necessarily modern), but it must be new construction and not a renovation.

just sayin...there's a lot of residential construction in nyc... and there's a lot of different types...and a lot of new construction that's residential...

an interesting new trend (to me) is developers using fairly well known architects to build new housing/condos...

there's a huge amount of new construction happening and a lot of it is upscale housing...i guess that's what i'd look at if i had any idea what your assignment was.
