Long time no see, yada yada. Have you lost a few pounds? You look mah-velous. Really, it's been too long, let's have a drink shall we?
And now to the point: I'm working on a handful of restaurant/hospitality projects that are still in the stages of deciding design firms and builders and the like. I've got a list of arch firms in the Bay Area that i know and like, as well as other allied professionals and what-not, but i'm interested in expanding that list.
If you know some unsung firms doing pretty cool work in this sector, post it here.
Just to be clear - this is not a solicitation for work, nor is it a job posting.
There might, possibly, one-day, maybe, be the chance that someone i learn about hear might have the opportunity to bend the client's ear, but no promises of any kind. I'm just looking to expand my knowledge of Bay Area firms and thought this would be one place to start...

Perhaps not an unsung firm, but they have designed one of my favorite restaurant projects:
Stanley Saitowitz | Natoma Architects
They are the brains behind Conduit Restaurant.
Lots of restaurants in SF.
both do great work, lots of restaurants:

or you can throw me a project, I've done my fair share:

nice. thanks y'all.
these are all good, though aside from allied (and knock) i am already familiar with them.
any other unsung firms out there with a hand in restaurants?
here's two others that i also like:
http://www.aidlindarlingdesign.com/
and
http://envelopead.com/
(and don't think i'm partial to SF, i love the east bay firms too...give a shout if you got one you like in particular.)
