UK Students and academics have access to digital OS maps (CAD and GIS files) for all of the UK but you need to make an account on Edina first at http://digimap.edina.ac.uk/digimap/home

You can also purchase a map from any number of OS retailers ( https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=buy+OS+map+cad&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&gws_rd=cr&ei=ypiZVNrGNcGzabbAgSA ), though it can be pricey.
