Probably not what you're looking for (it's crap aesthetically), but Steelcase plopped one of their new Walkstations next to my desk for our company to try out for 30 days and it's really growing on me. It's pretty nice to be able to take a conference call while walking, though it's certainly not (and wasn't designed to be I don't) a full-day solution. I try to get on there about an hour a day, normally in the afternoon when I'm getting sleepy after lunch.
