Koolhaas is too cool for Chinese?
CCTV is a state run company. According to Mr. Kool, the institution is being ( !!!! ) by the Annex across the street.
The Annex is run by an international hotel chain.
So the CCTV is being ( !!!! ) by the foreigners?
Will Mr. Kool still get more projects in China?
i think this is more cool and update^^
