The votes are in for the International Shed of the Year. SCALEhouse design in MD beats out entries from all over the world. See it here:http://www.shedblog.co.uk/2009/07/09/international-shed-of-the-year-2009/
Boy, the picture on the first page of that blog is really misleading. make sure you look at the slide show! It's cute, but I wish the roof sloped a bit more - at current slope it looks, to me, like it's just crooked, not intentionally sloped. Ontological question: can a Hobbit hole also be a shed?
yech, as far as sheds go, they're all pretty uninspiring...

All the sheds are dope actually. They are standard for that period the rating happened. Nonetheless, there new improvements and new style of making sheds in this decade. You can check out some of the latest sheds here https://www.urban-sheds.com/
I wish this was a competition with categories for "shed" "decorated shed" and "duck".
Renzo would take home the shed category every year.
I'd enter that competition. Hell, I'd be willing to help organize that comp!
Finally an architecture prize worth winning! Eat your heart out, Pritzker.
Damn right!
