i'm an incoming M.Arch I student at UCLA and i swear i saw a "suggested reading list" on the UCLA AUD website before the site was re-designed a while ago.
now after the re-design, i can't find the "suggested reading list" anywhere.
i realize this is a shot in the dark, but maybe there's a chance one of you archinect-ers has it saved somewhere? if you do, can you email it to me?
i emailed jim kies a few weeks ago, but no response...
just read...you'll be just fine. If you're really in the mood, you can read some of your future professors writings (Sylvia Lavin, Greg Lynn, etc.) as well as some:
Le Corbusier
Peter Eisenmann
Jeffrey Kipnis
Stan Allen
Jesse Reiser
And a ton more...you'll cover these and more in class as well (some of them will also be on your studio juries)
