I am assisting with the production of a book that will be part of the new Princeton Architectural Press Architecture Briefs series. Like the already popular Design Briefs, each book within this collection will focus on a single topic of interest to students and young professionals. Our title is dedicated to physical model making. We are currently looking for images of student models to include in the book. Selected entries will be published and credited in the final work.
Image file requirements are as follows:
* TIFF format
* 300 dpi
* no smaller than 9.35" in height
* CMYK
* 8-bits/Channel
The age of the model does not matter; however, we are looking for images of models that are in good shape. Perhaps you have photographs of it during its peak?
We are also accepting images of professional work. Please indicate the name of your firm and project with the submission.
Some additional parameters I should have included in the original post:
Please indicate what materials were used for the fabrication of the model (we are looking for a wide range...chipboard, basswood, acrylic, plaster, resin, etc).
Also, indicate whether technology was used for fabrication (acid etching, laser cutting, CNC milling, 3D printing).
Professional photographs are preferred. if you are shooting the model yourself, be sure to do so on a solid background.
This sounds like a cool project but before I submit I's like to know more about how and in what context my photos would be used. I'd also like to know about the copyright implications.
The selected model images will be used as supplemental examples of possible model-making tools, materials and techniques that will be explained in the book.
If we choose to include your image, you will be required to sign an image release form. Princeton Architectural Press requests "non-exclusive rights to the material in the book and all revision thereof in English and all other languages, throughout the world, in all forms and media of expression now known or developed in the future." They also request permission to print the material for all related publicity use. Unless you request otherwise, we will use conventional scholarly form of acknowledgment.

Do you have an FTP or mailing address these can be sent to?
The image parameters you are listing make for enormous files that would be difficult to email, especially if there are multiple images.
Image file requirements you listed:
* TIFF format
* 300 dpi
* no smaller than 9.35" in height
* CMYK
* 8-bits/Channel
Am I missing something that would make the file smaller perhaps?

Is there a way to edit original posts?
is there a deadline?
We are hoping to be done with data collection by July 1st.
