Stadium Precedents in Revit

nmiller.arch

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has any info on using Revit for the design and documentation of stadiums or arenas.

Towers, offices, hospitals and residential projects seem to be more common typologies for using Revit in my office... but less so with sports projects.

We have a couple of new sports projects coming in and would like to know what has been done in the software so far with regards to these types of buildings. Especially since they can sometimes be more unique in terms of form and structure.

Thanks!

The best thing you can do is ask this question on the Augi forum. There are a few regulars there working for HOK Sport + Venue who have a vast experience in stadiums using Revit.

HOK Sport is now a firm called Populous, I know that they weren't working 100% Revit in 2008, but it's definately worth checking out.
