I know both of them offers BA in Architectural Studies, but I am wondering what are the difference between them, which one is better prepare a student to go to grad sch. by the way, I am majoring the B of Environmental Design in Texas A&M. Do you thiink i should go to one of those UC(i was admitted by both already) or stay in Texas. Thank you
How much of the ENDS curriculum have you completed at A&M?
Do you know how much of the credit would transfer for credit?
All three are fine schools - with the Cali schools being more design/theory oriented, and A&M being more technically driven...
I finished at A&M in December and was accepted to several top notch grad programs>UT-Austin, SCI-Arc, Pratt, USC, (still wait-listed at UCLA)
My suggestion would be to finish up undergrad at A&M, then go to Berkeley or UCLA for the accredited M. Arch degree. That to me sounds like a well-balanced education> the technical/practical/more industry driven education from TX A&M paired with a more theoretical/conceptual/digital design aspect from one of the Cali schools.
