Grad education and work in Europe for non-EU. Please advise.

The situation: I'll have a "spesialist" degree (in Ukraine it's smth like master's one but sounds weird) and I want to continue education in Europe because I want to focus more on a topic. And what do you think about these universities to continue postgrad education (idealy is focus on sustainable and parametric courses)
-DIA (Dessau)
-ETH (Zurich)
-IAAC (Barcelona)
-Barlett (London)
-University of Sheffield
-Edinburgh College of Art

I heard a lot about AA, but it's tution fees are to high and there're no any acceptable scholarships for Ukraine citizen damn.

+ And what is the actual way to recieve a license to work in europe/uk? I'm writing you because I'm new to your system and we don't have anything like March 1,2,3 or Credit Points and etc. Is it true that I need 180 points to be accredited or what?!
