Rossi's Modena Cemetery plan corresponds almost exactly with Piranesi's plan of the Bustum Hadriani.http://www.quondam.com/16/1550.htm
tatfuri's the sphere and the labyrinth has a plan of the competition project that i haven't seen on the web, and is an actual plan -not a perspective view-.
...and there is also a good -but small- plan of the built project in michael hays's architecture theory since 1968
