Back in 2005 we ordered them at my job when they were basically the fastest portable computer with the biggest screen. They worked really great, and to my knowledge continue to do so 4 years later.
I have a Boxx Desktop which has been running fairly continuously since 2003 without any real problems. I had to replace the power module after 4 years, but when you render all the time, I don't see that as a problem. They even helped me find where I could by the exact same module to avoid any problems well after the warranty was out.
I've always gotten in touch with a person when I have called them, and they are always helpful.
Bad:
2 months after order these $4,500.00-$5,500.00 portables, dell and others came out with fairly comparable systems for less than half the price.
In summation:
Fantastic company, fantastic product, fantastic service... but after having lost the fascination with always having something brand new and fast as lightning, I realize I could buy a $1,000.00 computer once every year and a half or two, and be better off later for it.
In general I would echo monentum's sentiments, the only caveat to that is if you're REALLY doing 3D work full time, having a Boxx means you know it will work, the drivers will be compatible, and if you have any problems they WILL solve them. I've been running Dells and Clones instead of Boxx lately and at times I run into driver issues and if my machines are down I'm not making money, worse then that I'm spending time fixing my machines rather then working. Having equipment you can trust can be invaluable when you're running a business.

Just my thoughts.
