If you're using Rhino, T-Splines would suffice (free from edu account). Also some Grasshopper scripts can be used to take surfaces in Rhino and create an organic web over top.
Throwing out a guess here but I think that Zaha's boat was made in Autodesk Maya.
I would caution you with becoming too focused on form, I went through a phase of being in awe of those organic shapes and then I learned how to make them and came to the realization that most of the time it's purely an expensive gild over what is most important - the function.

Software help needed
Can anybody please tell me in what softwares can those forms of the image (attached image) be made??
I am currently learning rhino ... can these forms be made in rhino itself ??
