im trying to hunt down some info on an architect/artist that completed a series of colorful, graphic, geometric murals on building facades as a part of a government-commissioned civic revitalization project. i remember reading about it several years ago and seeing a picture of a housing block that had been blanketed with a bright, herringbone-like pattern. it is similar to the color and patterning work of Friedrich Ernst v.Garnier. please let me know if you have any idea who it might be. thanks!
