Broken City Lab is doing amazing art/design activism in Windsor, Ontario and the co-founder is an engaging, funny, high energy speaker.
Maybe also bring in someone from the other side of the river, Detroit, to speak too? I don't know anyone by name but I'll bet Broken City Lab could make a suggestion.
