I think its just plain old Norm! Not sure what counts more at his age the title or the tax savings.

I admired Mies and Ando in school.
In practice I came to admire HH Richardson for his blending of life, practice, art and business- "The 3 rules of architecture:1- Get the job. 2- Get the job. 3- Get the job.

I Thought the three rules were 1. Get the Job, 2. Do the work, 3. Get the client to pay.
