Fixed bugs:
Width and Height icons from rectangular profiles were swapped.

Fixed a bug that locked up Rhino when loading VisualARQ for the first time.

Changes:
VA_ExtendToSurface: Fixed a crash bug and surface direction is automatically detected.
Installer cleans registry from previous settings. Sometimes old stored data may be obsolete for the last version.
Default materials (Bricks, Wood and Marble) are not created automatically when creating or opening documents.
Expire date is now April 30, 2009.
