We are beginning to exchange Revit models with consultants. How do you typically handle disclosure statements? Does anyone have one they want to share? Do you have the client sign a statement?
Ideally everyone who is using the electronic files signs. I've done some blanket ones-for example the GC signs covering all the subs too. Of course in reality, the digital files end up everywhere anyways.
