"The installation of any Real Player software always comes so polluted with unwanted crap that long ago I just decided that I'd never again consider being able to access anything encoded using their formats, mac or not. When ever I have the chance I also notify the supplier of content that has chosen that encoding that I refuse to subject my systems to the plague of Real Player software and therefore would not be looking at any of their materials."
