Well I dunno about the swiss pavilion but the winery project has a video of the robot doing the gluing itself. They were done in smaller panels by stacking them on pre-cast sill units, and then putting the panels into a simple concrete structural frame.
There are obvious limitations on the use of the robot either in a factory setting or on-site.

Plans were revised, and in a cost saving move the originally designed stone exterior was replaced with a less costly metal skin.
