New CIOB Standard Form of Contract For Complex Projects, Better than JCT?

This is part of my thesis dissertation and research paper on construction project contracts titled: CIoB Complex Projects Contract – progress in the industries standard forms of construction contracts, or will it be disregarded in a market dominated by the JCT and NEC forms?
