To use a promo code one needs to do this:
1. Go to the App Store
2. Tap on tab called "Featured"
3. Go to the bottom of that page
4. Tap on the button "redeem"
5. Enter the promo code and tap button "redeem"

If the first code was already redeemed, try the second, and so on.
