the Essex studio is located in the heart of the Lower East Side. The studio has plenty ofsunlight, a shared bathroom, kitchen, and meeting table, and several options currently available for architect / designers / writers etc. The studio is on the second floor, with windows all along its length. There is a 230 sf separate office for rent or share, and an open studio area that can be divided to fit 2-6 people.
Over the past years, we have had a variety of academics and professionals work out of the studio, and it has been a friendly and stimulating environment. There is currently one film maker and one architect / academic. We would like to find some compatible tenants. It's a great place to be.
Rent is negotiable, depending on the amount of space / number of people...approx $750 for 1-2 people, $1,250 for 3-4, and $1,850 for 4-6...
