I am helping my friend, who graduted from one of US schools with an M.arch, he is a chinese and he is looking for a job in a USA-based architecture firms in China, either in Beijing or Shanghai.

however, it is not easy to fit yourself into an idea place, like an US-based firm in China, some big names like, KFP,SOM in China's extension, are poorly organized and you still felt like you are working in a very-Chinese environment since the stuff are almost from China.

For my friend, as he is interested in some firms with small scale, maybe like a studio? and the firm who mastered dealing with interesting projects, like GRAFT in Beijing?

I wanna hear of more information about a good job chance from archinect. any interested firm, us-based, now in China, needing people, just let me know.
