Has anyone found somewhere to download high quality individual or packaged motion blur people in .PNG .PSD format (meaning no background) something along the quality of the attached images. I have the ability and skills to create something of similar quality, but just thought there might be something available pre made to save some time.

although it does not have motion blur people, this site is good for downloading images of people without a background:

after downloading it is quite easy to add motion blur via photoshop
