LaN-On-Site: BARCELONA SUMMER WORK/SHOP
LaN | WORK/SHOP is an intensive, 14-day workshop based in Barcelona, Spain, that will approach the investigation of urban domains through the use of scripting and digital fabrication. Workshop is hosted by IaaC: Institut d'Arquitectura Avançada de Catalunya and directed by LaN | Live Architecture Network.
Professional and student architects, urbanists, designers, artists [and related fields], are invited to Barcelona from the 8th-22nd of August 2008 to engage in a collective investigation of the city through the use of advanced digital tools, and computer numerically controlled fabrication techniques.

Hello All,
Application are open for the second LaN | Live Architecture Network On-Site workshop in Barcelona. Last year the workshop brought together participants from 12 countries to collaborate over a 14 day period. Once again, the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalunya and Fab Lab BCN will be our hosts in August 2009.
This year the workshop is broken up into phases and modules, meaning you can customize your workshop experience. Modules include specific Grasshopper, Rhinoscript, and Fabrication courses.
