I found the David Rutten manual very helpful. There's also another rhinoscript pdf manual floating about somewhere on the internet, but it's pretty similar. There are rhinoscript workshops held by rutten, I think they're advertised on the mcneel website, if not, just email them. I know that Rutten did one in London a month or two ago. It is also cheaper for students.
