Often the curtain wall will stop at the mech floor and the mech floor will be louvers. Depends on the design you want. Add sheet metal trim to the louvers if it can add to the design. Louvers that are not needed for mech but are needed for the design can be blanked off with insulated panels on the inside.

I'm working on a school project and would really appreciate your advice.
What is a general solution for a flush unitised curtain wall system at the mechanical floor of a highrise ; especially how does the ventilation work?
And how the aesthetic quality of the glazing facade can be achieved , any added component to the system ?
Any books or websites out there that you guys could recommend ?
